Unnathi Groups Technology Reinvented
Quick setting epoxy mortar system for permanent repair of damaged floor and concrete surface. It has compressive strength more than 3 times the typical concrete strength and bonds well to old or new concrete. It can be used over metal substrates in few applications as abrasion resistant coating.

Surface to be coated must be structurally sound, dry, free from loose material. All surface contamination must be removed. Grease and oil should be grit blasted or water jetted. Deeper penetration must be removed by mechanical means.
Resin and Hardener components should be stirred thoroughly to disperse any settlement. Add contents of of Hardener to Resin. Apply thin coat of priming taking care that all imperfections in the surface are properly coated.
Prepare homogenous trowel able epoxy mortar by adding aggregate slowly and mix until all components are thoroughly blended. Apply epoxy mortar as soon as the primer has started to gel but still has surface " tack ". If the primer cures hard, a second application must be made before application of epoxy mortar. Apply mortar by pressing firmly into place to ensure positive adhesion and full compaction. Applied mortar is finished by use of wood float and close to a tight surface with a steel trowel.
